General Terms
When a client applies for a high school diploma at Sandford High School, he agrees to all our terms of service and hence declaring that the name of the person client mentions in the application form is factual, is the name of an existing person who has appropriate prior life or work experience as per Institution’s criteria and conditions mentioned on our website. In case client is filling the application for a high school diploma on someone else behalf, he will have to affirm that he is doing that with the full consent of that person. Client will also declare that neither he nor any other associated person is disguising someone else and that all the information that he provides us will be 100% correct and factual. Client will also confirm that all the documents that he receives from University will be utilized for personal purposes.

Client will have to agree that the Institution has the right to cancel its services for the client and also any credentials that it has provided or any transactions that it has carried with the client in case the client breach any accepted terms of use of the Institution. Once the services are terminated, client will also declare not to make use of any credentials or the honors provided by the Institution and to return them to the Institution at the earliest.

Client will also articulate that in no situation, Institution will be bear the liability as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving the client and the Institution, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.

Client will diligently check with the local legislation in his/her residence jurisdiction and the intended jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the privately accredited diploma conforms with local legislation.

Client undertakes to check diligently the local legislation of any future jurisdiction in which it is intended to use the diploma.

Neither the client nor any related person will use any information, documents, or products obtained through Sandford High School to commit a crime or deceive any authorities.

Neither the client nor any related person is related to the media or acting in that capacity. Neither the client nor any related person will earn the high school diploma via Sandford High School to publish a news story or article of any story in any media whatsoever, specifically including not limited to printed matter, books, magazines, journals, newspapers, television, radio, multimedia internet, websites, chat rooms, newsgroups, forums, Usenet, telephone, mobile, wireless access protocol, fax or emails.

Neither the client nor any related person will be a law enforcement officer or investigator acting in that capacity, nor acting on behalf of a law enforcement agency. Neither the client nor any related person is obtaining documents or products to use as evidence in any type of civil or criminal investigation.

Client further agrees that in no event shall Sandford High School be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages or any damages whatsoever arising from the use, misuse or performance of the website or services provided or offered by any means, even if Sandford High School has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Although Sandford High School goes to extra ordinary lengths and takes all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of its services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Sandford High School from, any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by the client or any third party due to or arising out any breach of the confidentiality contract by the client, by any associated person or by any third party.


Shipment and Delivery
We offer free urgent shipment via DHL, USPS and FedEx. We send high school diploma package at the address specified by the clients while filling in the order form. Delivery of the diplomas may take around 10-12 business days, depending upon the location of the customer.

Remember, the reasons behind the late orders' delivery may be:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to further processing.
• Overnight orders placed after 8 am are processed the next day.

Undelivered Orders
In some cases the diploma packages are returned to the high school because of incorrect address provided by the customer. In that case, no refund is provided.

If the order is returned once, the same order will not be re-shipped in any case. However, if the client would still like to receive the same package that was once returned, he/she has to pay an additional shipping cost.

If the customer thinks that the order cannot be delivered as addressed within the estimated delivery date or he/she has not received a confirmation mail of its refund, he/she may contact us through our 24-hour customer support centre.


Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:
  We will issue a full refund upon written request, minus a $ 50.00 processing fee, when the student enrolls in the course/program, completes it and it has been shipped; but chooses to request a refund.
  When the student enrolls in the course/program, completes it and the diploma package has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund upon written request, minus a $ 30.00 processing fee.
  
  **In most cases, you will have no trouble using a diploma from Sandford High school for employment, college entrance, etc. We cannot guarantee that all credits will be acceptable for transfer to other schools. We ask that all students check on acceptance before enrolling at Sandford High School. We do offer a 100% money back guarantee on all programs.

Pricing Policy
The price for our high school diploma package as given on the website is the complete price without any hidden charges. The price also includes free shipment.


Change in Particulars
We keep record of all your particulars. Any change in the particulars is offered free of charge. However, if you want to obtain your documents with revised particulars, then you will be required to pay an additional amount.
